David Wilt
David Wilt received his Ph.d. from the Department of Radio, Television and Film at the University of Maryland. He is the author of The Mexican Filmography 1916-2001 and Hard-boiled in Hollywood, and has co-authored or contributed to six other books on film, including Mexican Horror Cinema, Film and Comics, and The Hollywood War Film, 1937-1945. He has also created various websites, including "The Films of El Santo" (created in 1996), "The Mexican Film Resource Page," and "Nuyorican Films." Since 1994 he has published "The Mexican Film Bulletin," currently available on the web at http://www.wam.umd.edu/~dwilt/mexnews.html.
